The gym facilities are solid for a quick workout, and the indoor jacuzzi offers a relaxing escape after a long day. The pool area provides a nice spot to unwind.
The air conditioning is hit or miss. A couple of rooms had issues with being too cold or needing maintenance. The bathrooms are problematic-glass doors provide no privacy, there's water leakage from the shower cabin, and some furnishings promised were missing. The internet is slow and drops frequently. Plus, the windows in rooms haven't seen a good cleaning in a while.

Handy and magnificent location, quite a walk from Qatar Museums Authority. Excellent service overall and parking around the hotel.

The hotel was quiet and pleasant and I appreciated the streets of Doha. Stayed in standard queen room with very comfortable bed which was perfect for me. Everywhere there was fairly clean, the staff were great and very cordial people at check-out. National Museum tube station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

The homemade sweets were an absolute delight, and the dinner buffet at Asian Taste had a fantastic sushi night! I really enjoyed the spacious King Studio.
While the initial room was dirty with stained towels and a bad smell, they did eventually move us to a better room. Still, the whole floor had a dreadful odor was good.

Toilets are not suitable for Muslims as they are not equipped with water wash tool (neither built in nor external) and when I complained to the manager and his assistant they did not show any care with my opinion.

Had a canny stay here. The pool was lush after a long flight delay, and the staff were proper friendly, helping us out when we needed. But the room wasn’t the best—smelly and a bit worn out, like. Still, enjoyed me time here!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt the facilities and the general atmosphere at the hotel were of a high standard. It was within 10 minutes walk of the waterfront and two very cool museums- The Museum of Islamic Ard and the Museum of Modern Art. Both were well worth seeing. The breakfast that was served up in the morning was tasty and very plentiful.
One down side felt that the afternoon drink I had there before leaving the airport did not represent very good value for money

The only good thing about this hotel is the BellHops! These guys were great and helped me daily with luggage, service and etc. The hotel overall was terrible, over priced and ghetto to say the least.
As a contractor I was very displeased while staying at this hotel. For the price I paid and the level of comfort I was very disappointed. In the future month's I will be coming in and out of Doha and there are hundred's of us who will be having to find hotels for long periods of time to stay in Doha. I know I will not be staying there at this Hotel again nor will any of my co-workers. I was without cable, the limo service cheated me out of my money and it was a guy in a toyota camry so I did not feel like it was a luxury service at all. I had to pay for local calls, and the buffet was horrible. I will definetly talk to my co-workers in regards to my disappointment and I was not even discounted on my rate for the disatisfaction I received. I paid full price and no one even attempted to resolve my issues. THe best thing about this hotel is the BellHops! These guys were great and helped me daily with luggage, service and etc. The hotel overall was terrible, over priced and ghetto to say the least.
